Plot Segmentation Version 1
Below is the plot segmentation of magic video with the ideas get from Zach King's Video.

Plot Segmentation Version 2
I found that my idea was too similar to Mr Martin's example, hence I created a second version of the proposal with a slight change of the starting event as well as video the ending.

Storyboard Version 1
After the lecture, the student needed to start planning and writing the shot size for the magic video plot segmentation. Sketching and photo-taking for the shot size planning were accepted.

FEEDBACK: Mr Martin mentioned that the flow of the story was a bit too long and the starting shot seemed to not related to the final intention. Hence, the amendment needed to make on the story plot as well as the storyboard.

Storyboard Version 2

FEEDBACK: Mr Martin mentioned that I could start the test shot for the magic video.

Magic Video Shooting
Below was some of my test shot executed in the area of the living room. The problem encountered was the inconsistency of natural light source as well as the exposure problems with the computer screen. Therefore, I decided to use artificial light in the living room to provide a consistency of lighting source, the screen brightness was adjusted to the lowest to avoid exposure. Below were some principle shots I had done so far with Mr Martin's constructive suggestions.

Raw Video Clips exported from iPhone.

Clips editing in Premiere Pro.

Principle Shot Version 01

FEEDBACK: Mr Martin mentioned about the magic trick part seemed jumpy and not really believable for the viewers. Apart from that, I needed to avoid too much jump-cut intersect in between as well. The original sound is pretty bad, I should replace it with some ambient sound.

Principle Shot Version 02

FEEDBACK:  Mr Martin mentioned although the shooting angle is quite similar to the previous shot. However, it was much better than the older shot. The camera angle is more precise as I know what angle to catch just to serve the storytelling. The title and the end credit did not count into the time limitation of the video, I just needed t to ensure the time for the video was on 30 seconds sharp.

Magic Video Editing
After completing the re-shot of principle shot according to the feedbacks and opinions were given by Mr Marrtin, I proceed to the video post-production stage to do some editing, special effects as well as adding music.  Below was the process of my final magic video post-production with clips editing,  colour adjustment as well as music added.

Magic Video First Editing Outcome

FEEDBACK: Mr Razif pointed out that the volume of background music was too loud and it had covered most of the ambient sound, and I should do some adjustment on the volume. Besides, the stomach hungry effect was going to the right direction, the audio clip needed to be imported to the Adobe Audition to do some panning adjustment (pan to the left to make the audio sound more balancing). Lastly, the tin opening sound should be louder and the magic sound effect for the scene grabbing the cookie from the screen should be lounder.
