This is the first webinar I participated in. Mr. Fairuz shared with students the importance of starting a personal budgeting plan as a youngster as it helps to create financial stability at all times. There were six main steps given to kick start the budgeting plan which included saving our first RM 1,000, identifying and settling high-interest debt in advance, investing in an emergency fund, and many more. Besides, Mr. Fairuz also shared with students tips on investing in suitable insurance based on our individual needs as well as spending the money wisely on our life's first big purchases such as houses and vehicles. "The Power of I.P. (Intellectual Property) Monetization"
by Mr. Jeff Fan from STIVE ASIA
This is one of the most interesting webinars I have joined as I am having a great interest in creating my own IP design. Through this webinar, I got the chance to know about STIVE ASIA, a first-of-its-kind intellectual property creative platform in South-East Asia for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and genuine creators. This platform allows creatives to make their own profit by selling their intellectual properties in various digital forms. I've learned that monetizing our own IP is considered one of the most effective sources of passive income and I can't wait to start building my ever-first IP artwork.

"Future Careers in the Metaverse"
by Mr. Jason Low from VIRTUALTECH FRONTIER
The next webinar I joined was presented by one of the founders of VIRTUALTECH FRONTIER. Virtualtech is a company that provides end-to-end solutions and consultancy in all things virtual. The metaverse is thought to be the next step in the evolution of the internet. It will manifest itself in a variety of ways, including games, online forums, and business meetings. Avatars are used by people in the metaverse to represent themselves and connect with one another without physical limitations. I found metaverse a thrilling career path in the future as it involves many different specializations from different industries. Metaverse will provide a huge room for creatives to unleash their creativity in the near future.

"Storyteller: Lessons from the Father of Malaysian Animation Industry"
by Mr. Hassan from FILMIC ENTERPRISE
Through this webinar, Mr. Hassan shared with us the method to identify our personalities and learning traits in a fun way. He mentioned that people learn and absorb knowledge in 4 major forms which include learning from a teacher, self-learning through observation, and so on. Mr. Hassan pointed out that some people are "big picture thinkers" who tend to visualize the bigger vision and execution plan, and some people preferred to execute the task and follow the plans. Moreover, Mr. Hassan stressed the importance of daily reading as a best practice to sharpen our originality and creativity to cultivate good storytelling ability.

The rest of the webinars I've participated in include "How to Future Proof Your Career" by Mr. Jonathan from THE APPRENTICE ASIA; "Life of a Producer in the Video Production Industry" presented by Mr. Amer from LOKALAB; "Creating Shared Value: Experience Sharing on Social Cause Business" presented by Mr. Amer from SHANGHAI CEPHEI LTD and "Employability Skills" presented by Mr. Michelle from HILTI.
